Each firebowl is custom made to your specifications, however we understand that you might want to return it. We accept returns for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs, provided such return is requested within 3 days of receipt of delivery and provided the firebowl and packaging are returned in their original condition. To return the firebowl, please get in touch using the contact details on the site, stating your order number. We will then advise where to return the item.

 

You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the firebowl to us. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Refunds are processed within approximately three to five business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
