Shipping is 30 AED to Dubai and 60 AED to other Emirates. As each firebowl is custom made for you, we pour the concrete when you place the order. After demolding, the concrete needs up to 10 days to fully cure. Therefore please allow up to 14 days for you firebowl to ship.
As each firebowl is custom made, we do not accept returns if you change your mind. However, if there are any manufacturing defects with the bowl, we will ship a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately you might have to wait for a new bowl to be poured and cured.
